    Woman was leader of group that cut out victims’ hearts:

    A 22 year old woman, alleged leader of the criminal group “Artistas Asesinos”, also known as “Doblados”, was arrested by state agents, after having three arrest warrants and allegedly participating in bateen 12 and 15 homicides, where they cut out the hearts of their victims.

    The woman was officially identified as Michelle Angélica P. V., 22 years old, said the attorney general in the Northern Zone, Carlos Manuel Salas.

    “In two of them they had dismembered people, they had removed their hearts. They had done, well, the subject was wild, with a lot of cruelty and some people were arrested and she was always pointed out as the leader of that group”, he commented.

    He said that it is presumed that this woman participated in 12 or 15 other homicides carried out in the same way with a lot of violence.

    “She was a prominent leader of the ‘doblados’. She was 22 years old at the time of her arrest, very young, and a history unfortunately of a lot of violence since she was a child, since she was 13 years old,” he added.

    At the initial hearing, the Public Prosecutor’s Office informed Michelle Angélica P. V., that she is attributed with her possible participation in the murder of Jorge R. R., committed on December 5, 2023, inside a house, located on Condominio del Valle III street, in the Hacienda de las Torres Universidad neighborhood.

    According to the ministerial investigations, the victim’s throat was slit and his body dismembered and put in plastic bags, to be taken to Libramiento Regional and Hacienda Ramanso in the El Mezquital neighborhood, where he was thrown.

    The Control Judge of the Bravos Judicial District imposed the precautionary measure of imprisonment to the accused and set for next February 21 the hearing in which her legal situation will be resolved, since her defense requested the duplication of the constitutional term.

    It is worth mentioning that the accused Michelle Angélica P. V., was arrested in El Paso, Texas and last Friday by elements of the State Investigation Agency, who served her with a first arrest warrant for the homicides of a couple, committed on November 24, 2023, in a house located at the intersection of Hacienda de Medina and Hacienda de Grajeda streets, in the Sierra Vista subdivision.

    Criminal acts for which the legal situation will also be resolved next Wednesday, February 21.

    Homicides in which various persons named Félix Iván L. C., Joana Michelle A. G., Jorge G. M., Jaqueline Saremi B. A., are being prosecuted.
